I offer individual telehealth therapy in Texas for adults and young adults who want a calm, supportive space to explore what they’re experiencing and how it’s impacting their lives.
Our work is collaborative and thoughtful, with attention to emotions, patterns, and how stress shows up for you. Together, we move at a pace that supports clarity, self-trust, and meaningful change.

I work with adults and young adults who carry a lot. The mental load, the stress of modern life, and the quiet pressure to keep showing up no matter how they feel.
You don’t need to be polished or certain here. We’ll start where you are and move at a pace that feels supportive.
Grounded, nervous-system–aware therapy
My approach is informed by IFS, nervous system awareness, and mindfulness and compassion work. This means we pay attention not only to thoughts, but also to emotions, body responses, and patterns that developed for understandable reasons.

Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time, I offer individual therapy exclusively via telehealth in Texas. Sessions are held on a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own space.
How long are sessions and what is the cost?
Sessions are 50 minutes. The standard session fee is $120. My practice uses a flexible, access-centered fee structure, and income-adjusted rates are available.
Do you accept insurance?
I am not in-network with insurance plans. If you would like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide a superbill upon request.
Do you offer flexible fee options?

Do you work with young adults or college-age clients?
Yes. I work with adults and young adults (18+) navigating anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, and nervous system strain related to modern life.
