SO THANKFUL YOU STOPPED BY

Hey there, I´m Meg.

I’m a therapist and writer who helps adults and young adults make sense of what they’re carrying in a world that often feels overwhelming. I work with people who are thoughtful, self-reflective, and looking for steadiness amid the pace and pressures of modern life. My approach is warm and grounded, with attention to how stress and experience are held in both the mind and the body.

Alongside my clinical work, I write and speak about nervous systems, modern life, and collective strain.

I’m especially interested in how early patterns, daily demands, technology, and culture shape the way we respond to life today. In therapy, we slow things down and explore these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. This process brings clarity to what’s driving overwhelm and opens space for new ways of responding.

My work is informed by nervous system awareness, integrative approaches, and relational care. I see healing as a process of understanding and gentle repair, not performance or perfection. Over time, we make room for parts of you that may have gone quiet under stress, responsibility, or adaptation.

I believe care should be steady, humane, and accessible. My practice is structured with flexibility in mind so that support can remain within reach across different life circumstances.

If you’re seeking a more connected and grounded way of moving through the world, I’m here to support you in discovering what helps you feel more present, steady, and at ease.

MY HOPES

Compassionate support for anyone navigating stress and overwhelm

Many people are moving through life in survival mode and carrying more than they have space to process. I often wonder how things might shift if we slowed down enough to truly listen to what is happening inside. When even one person begins to understand their inner world with more clarity and care, it can ripple outward, softening patterns, relationships, and the wider collective.

I believe healing grows through curiosity and gentleness, not judgment or force. Learning how your body, thoughts, and reactions formed makes change more possible and more sustainable. This kind of self-understanding has been essential in my own life and continues to shape how I show up in this work.

Healing does not require perfection or dramatic transformation. It happens in small, honest moments when you pause long enough to notice what is true and meet it with compassion. My hope is to offer a space where those moments can happen.

In therapy, we put language to experiences that may never have had words before. I aim to create a steady, respectful space where you feel seen and understood. It is an honor to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their clarity, resilience, and humanity.
